Kransell & Wennborg is a patent law firm whose main business is comprised of qualified consulting services including preparation, filing, and prosecution of applications for patents, trademarks, and designs in Sweden and abroad.
We represent a large number of Swedish and international corporations and have a close cooperation with a large number of patent law firms throughout the world.
We are authorized to prosecute European patent applications before the European Patent Office (EPO) and community trademark and design applications before the Office for Harmonization of the Internal Market (OHIM).
We are members of the Association of Swedish Patent Attorneys (SPOF) and its international equivalence, Fédération Internationale des Conseils en Propriété Industrielle (FICPI). We are also members of the Association of Intellectual Property Law Firms in Sweden (SEPAF). The General Conditions (AU20) for commissions handled by members of SEPAF apply to all cases handled by Kransell & Wennborg.
Several of the attorneys are also members of the Institute of Professional Representives before the European Patent Office (EPI), the Swedish Association for the Protection of Industrial Property (SFIR), Association Internationale pour la Protection de la Propriété Intellectuelle (AIPPI), Licensing Executive Society (LES) and the Swedish Association of Patent Attorneys (SPOF).
