Oscar Sewerin is a patent attorney with Kransell & Wennborg since 2014 and assists his clients with all patent related issues such as drafting and prosecuting patent applications, freedom-to-operate analyses, infringement analyses, patentability assessments, etc. His area of expertise is within the field of mechanics, especially for the automotive industry, but he also works with patent related issues within other technical fields, such as wind turbines, medical devices and physics, etc. Previous to joining Kransell & Wennborg, Oscar was a patent attorney at Awapatent (2010-2014), and before that he worked as a consultant within the field of structural analyses at Epsilon working mainly with clients in the field of automotive and offshore. Furthermore, Oscar is appointed as a technical expert for the Patent and Market Court and the Patent and Market Court of Appeal.
