Martin Holmberg joined Kransell & Wennborg in 2016. He assists our clients with everything concerning patents, starting from developing patent strategies, drafting and prosecuting applications globally, oppositions, infringement analysis, due-diligence and freedom-to-operate work. Martin started in the IPR field in 1992, at Stockholms Patentbyrå Zacco & Bruhn, and came to us from Bergenstråhle & Partners, where he worked 1999-2015. He has a broad experience in chemistry and life science, including medical technology, biotechnology, environmental protection and food technology. Martin has served as technical advisor in proceedings before the Stockholm District Court. He has been active in education matters within the European Patent Institute, and also worked as a tutor and lecturer.
