Karin Hillsten is a European patent attorney with Kransell & Wennborg since 2019. She works with all types of patent related issues such as drafting and prosecution of patent applications, Oppositions, freedom-to-operate analyses, infringement analyses, due diligence analyses and patent strategies. Karin has previously worked as a Patent Attorney with Awapatent and as an in-house Patent attorney and IP Manager at SCA Hygiene Products and Mölnlycke Health Care. Karin works across a broad field of technologies with focus on life science, chemistry and mechanical engineering. She has extensive experience in medical and diagnostic devices, consumer goods, absorbent and adhesive materials, nonwovens, and antimicrobials.
