Johan Wennborg is a patent and design attorney at Kransell & Wennborg since 2002. Concerning patents he assists his clients in a wide variety of different matters, such as invention evaluations, patent applications, oppositions, infringement investigations, patent strategies and consultation in connection with patent disputes in Sweden and abroad as well as monitoring and evaluation of third party patents. He is also active as technical advisor in patent court proceedings in Sweden. Johan has previously had positions as Examiner at the European Patent Office (1997-2002) and as in-house patent attorney at ABB AB (1992-1996). Before then he worked in the field of industrial marketing and project management. Johan has a broad technical expertise and experience especially within the mechanical filed. From his present and previous employments he has gained particular experience within the technical fields of locks, systems for shelf management and display, packaging and ventilation techniques. Concerning designs, he assists his clients in various matters such as design applications, infringement assessments, oppositions and evaluations of third parties designs.
