Anders Wirén has been a Partner of Kransell & Wennborg since 2010. Anders guides his clients in all types of patent-related matters and is particularly experienced with patent litigation (typically as part of a team representing a Big Pharma company), oppositions and appeals before the EPO and the Swedish patent office, licensing negotiations, and patent-related agreements. Frequently, Anders is appointed as an advisor in complex matters spanning technology, law and business. Anders works across the whole chemical engineering and life science spectrum. His areas of technical expertise are pharmaceuticals, antibody technology, biofuels and other cleantech, and papermaking and paper-based packaging materials. Anders was previously a patent attorney with AWA (2006-2010) and an examiner at the pharmaceutical chemistry division of the Swedish patent office (2004-2006).
