Bodil has a long and extensive experience of preparing, filing and prosecuting of trademark- and design applications, both nationally and internationally. She also assists clients with strategic overview of trade mark portfolios, clearance searches and watches. Bodil is entitled to represent clients at EUIPO both in trademarks and design matters.
Bodil has a substantial experience of working closely with the clients in the process of registering designs which enables a sustainable design protection. She has worked closely with both small and large companies as well as with individual designers.
Bodil has an extensive knowledge of the demands of various countries on formalities and particularly the different requirements on the images to be submitted in connection with a design application. Bodil can also assist clients with strategic advice on intellectual property and infringement opinions primarily relating to design- and trademark protection. She has a solid experience of registering of company name changes, assignments and mergers in Sweden and abroad.
