Andreas Svensson is a patent attorney with Kransell & Wennborg since 2017 and assists his clients with various patent related issues such as drafting and prosecuting of patent applications globally, patentability assessments, patent monitoring strategies, patent portfolio management, preparing and filing of third party observations, opposition work, freedom-to-operate work, due diligence work, and enforcement and litigation support. Andreas has a broad technical background in mechanics and handles patent matters extending over a broad range of technologies, from mechanics to electro-mechanics and materials, particularly in the fields of automotive engineering, construction and building materials, cargo and mooring systems, medical devices, dispensers and consumer goods. Most recently, Andreas was a patent attorney with Zacco (2014-2017). However, Andreas started his career in Intellectual Property already in 2006 and has worked at the IP & Law department of Kongsberg Automotive, the patent department of SCA Hygiene Products AB and in private practice at Awapatent.
